    I love this location. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I placed a Mobile order to the wrong store. And they were understanding and refunded my mistake.

    The barista who made my drink was nice and so was the cashier, once I had her attention. The rest of them? No need to act like I'm you're doing us a favor by being there. There's a location across the street and around the corner. I have choices and I can choose to go elsewhere. Bye!

    Horrible service provided by the way! I am not able to make sense of the fact that I was just treated like this. If I am going to be in the Galveston area, I will just go without coffee! I wish I'd known that I was going to be unable to rely on the service and quality to be up to par with the standards of the company!
